In case you haven't noticed, we like to keep the Cadets out of trouble in involved with the Flight and Community. While attendance is not required (except the parades), it is greatly encouraged and is always a lot of hard work and fun. And yes, Parent Boosters you are always invited - regardless of what your Cadet says.

Volusia Sherriff Department collects toys for the disadvantaged for Christmas. On a special night, we go to the Fair Grounds and help wrap the gifts. We also go and decorate the building at the Fair Grounds for the kids party. I have to tell you that when these kids (brought in by the deputies) arrived, it was very emotional for me. I was humbled to have been a part of it all. You should have seen their faces.
